Excellent, helpful staff

The verandas provide a comfortable stay in a strategic location. It has all the ammenities at a walking distance and is yet on a sprawling green campus. The office and maintainance staff are super helpful. Chris at the office helped me the other day out of his way to load my packages into the car. Nick at the maintainance is also extremely efficient, fast and responsive. car.

Stove Top Repair

The burners on our kitchen stove needed help. They were in bad shape. Nick came, took one look, left and returned with new replacements. I'm much happier now. Nick was friendly, knowledgeable about the task, and the job was completed promptly. We would be pleased to have Nick in the future to take care of work orders. To Commons at Verandas we say thank you for your quick response to work orders.

EXCELLENT MAINTENANCE

I feel very fortunate to live in an apartment complex that responds accordingly to my needs. I love living here, the grounds are kept beautiful and everyone in office is always ready to assist me. Thank you Verandas team for all your support

LOVE IT

I moved in in 08/2015 and the longer I am here the more impressed I am with the staff: Leah, Jay and Eric are fabulous as well as maintenance.

Daffodils at our door

It was a nice surprise yesterday to open our door and find a pot of blooming daffodils accompanied by a card from the 'Commons at Verandas Team.' The message read "Just a quick note to say we appreciate your residency! Thank you for choosing to make Commons at Verandas your home." I say "thanks for the spring pick-me-up.

New parking system

We've lived on this property 12 years. The new proposed parking system seems extreme. I've been advised that when our son unexpectedly pops in for a visit of even one hour I have to hot foot it to the office for a permit. That is not acceptable. I believe your proposed system is going to drive your office staff nuts. I also question if our rent will be increased to pay for the added work hours it's going to take to put such a system in place. Will a tow truck constantly patrol the property? In our case, we live in 516, there is never a time when there aren't open parking spots available though I recognize that may not be true all over the complex. Bob is 83, Linda 73, so it is not practical to ask us to run out in any kind of weather to get a parking pass for our son to visit an hour. We don't always know when he's coming. What are we expected to do when there's no one in the office to issue a visitor permit? Would it be possible for each apartment to be issued one visitor's pass to be used for such short visits? Would it be possible to have such a pass if we get a letter from our doctor? We certainly would not abuse it. I think residents and staff are going to find this system very inconvenient, plus it sends a very unwelcoming message to the public. Thanks for considering this request.

French Drain Installation

Special thanks to Maintenance Manager Eric Dressler, Martine from landscaping, and the crew that worked today installing a French drain around our patio. They worked hard, they were quick, and all of them very nice to deal. Could not ask for a better experience. Special thanks to Eric for following through on this chronic drainage issue. I appreciate your efforts.

AWESOME

The management and staff at Verandas is continuously impressing me since I moved in (August 2015). They have gone above and beyond in helping me with my 87 year old mother and her needs. I feel they have moved mountains to accommodate us. As her needs increase so does the support I get from Verandas. LOVE LOVE it here

Great Maintenance Team

The Maintenance Team is very prompt when responding. I submitted a work order and had the issue resolved extremely quick. The staff is personable and always pleasant.
